County Durham & Darlington NHS Trust is pleased to confirm the September 2020 start date for the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) for employees.

After reading the information, if you would like to apply for the CMDA please download and return both of the forms below as directed:

  1. Complete and return the CDDFT application form to clair.bage@nhs.net; once this has been confirmed, you can then
  2. Complete and return the UCQ CMDA application form to stuart.cameron@ucq.ac.uk

IMPORTANT NOTES: Only submit your application form to UCQ after your NHS study leave and funding application form have been approved by your line manager, and learning and development have confirmed you can proceed; doing otherwise will delay your application. If you have any questions about the CMDA application process contact clair.bage@nhs.net

Subject to ongoing advice from the relevant authorities, we anticipate September’s induction and enrolment sessions to be carried out remotely via live webinar; we are also planning on lectures and tutorials being delivered remotely for the remainder of 2020.
In the event that we are able to return to face to face teaching, lectures will take place at UCQ’s Newcastle or Leeds centre.
