Administrator (ESF)

We are growing our project and administration team and recruiting to a number of key posts.  We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and experienced Administrator to support the delivery of an ESF project.

Working closely with the project manager and delivery team, applicants should have a proven track record of providing highly effective administration, including data entry and submission, tracking and monitoring using Excel, minute-taking, report preparation, responding to queries and general administrative duties.

Applicants should have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills and be qualified at Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent.  Level 2 English and maths is also required.

Professional Development Assessor

We are growing our HE team and recruiting a Professional Development Assessor.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced assessor to deliver nationally on the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) and Management apprenticeships at Levels 3 and 5, in addition to other business and management programmes.  The post requires the successful candidate to work with lecturers and the Lead PDA to support modules and coach, mentor, deliver and assess apprentices within their workplace.   The position also includes actively engaging employers in the process and promoting apprenticeship programmes to potential students.

Applicants should have a proven track record of delivering management programmes in the workplace in addition to holding a management qualification, teaching qualification and assessor/verifier award.   Experience of managing a significant caseload, achieving challenging targets, deadlines and outputs is essential.

Project Manager (ESF)

We are growing our project and administration team and recruiting to a number of key posts.  We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of an ESF project.

Working closely with senior leaders, project administrators, operations, business development and the delivery team, applicants should have a proven track record of effectively managing ESF projects and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, data analysis and report writing.

Applicants should be focused, agile and responsive and be qualified to degree level and hold a project management qualification.  Level 2 English and maths is also required.
