We are recruiting for the following positions:

Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Business Development Manager to engage with businesses across the Tees Valley, offering a range of learning and development solutions in sectors including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and storage. 

This role requires the applicant to generate new business and undertake business development activities to grow the number of employers across Tees Valley to maximise opportunities. Through our range of work-based programmes and funded options, we can support employers to upskill existing staff and recruit to new positions. 

Applicants should have a proven track record of successfully engaging with employers in both strategic and operational activities in priority sectors.  In addition to outstanding customer service, applicants should have experience of achieving challenging targets, deadlines and outputs.  Experience of work-based learning is an advantage.

Higher Education Lecturers

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced, part-time lecturers to work with the existing team, delivering modules of the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) across England.

Applications are required from existing HE lecturers who have experience in delivering leadership and management within higher education.  The range of available sessions includes:
