Our Essential Work Skills suite of programmes give you the skills, knowledge and behaviours to secure employment, volunteering or progression onto further education and training.

We currently offer 3 distinct programmes that help you go into work:

• Essential Skills for Construction Labouring
• Essential Digital Skills
• Essential English and Maths Skills 
• Essential Skills for Manufacturing
• Essential Skills for Warehousing

Developed with employers and referral organisations, including Job Centre Plus and community groups, our courses are tailored to help you progress into your chosen field and are open to people aged 19+.
