In December, the Class of 2024 at University Centre Quayside (UCQ) gathered to celebrate their achievements at a memorable graduation ceremony held at the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead.
The event brought together graduates, family, friends, and faculty, with over 130 attendees celebrating this significant milestone.
Dr. Nick Mapletoft, Principal at UCQ, opened the ceremony, commending the graduates on their dedication and perseverance. The keynote address was delivered by Professor Mary Brennan, UCQ External Examiner from the University of Edinburgh.
Michelle Elliott, Vice Principal at UCQ, commented:
“It’s truly heartwarming to witness our graduates, who, over three years of navigating the challenges of studying while juggling work and family commitments, have now attained their BA (Hons) in Professional Management.
